Pacific NW morning walk

It's right around 40 degrees, this morning; chilly, damp, and gray.

Had a lovely walk, and got to pet other people's dogs. Sunday morning seems to be the "take my new pup out for socializing and trail-manners work" day.

No worries. I wasn't as clear as I might have been. Since I don't approach dogs I don't know without invitation, I see a lot of dogs I don't get to interact with. This morning was a bit odd and lovely in that we encountered a number of people who said things like, "She's shy, but we're working on that - if you were willing to pet her and say hi, that would be great!"
